Job Description

RobLawMax is partnered with a business with a global reputation in the development and delivery of renewable energy projects.  Boasting an impressive portfolio of projects in wind and solar in Australia, this firm is going through a period of growth with a strategic requirement for a Senior Engineer, to lead the implementation of automation systems as a SCADA Expert.

Is the growth of the renewable energy sector something that interests you?  Does leading the systems and SCADA function on a major project with a global player suit the trajectory of your career?  If so, ideally you will possess previous exposure to the power generation and/or renewable energy sectors.  You will be passionate about the development of your career, plus hold proficient technical knowledge in control system/process control automation selection, implementation, engineering, installation and commissioning.

To be successful in this role you must possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
  • 8+ years' post graduate experience across the industrial/process sectors
  • Proven exposure to power generation and/or wind or solar projects in Australia
  • Technical skills covering a range of DCS/PCS products, with advanced skills in implementing PLCs and RTUs
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive and lead multiple stakeholders
