About Role

Reporting into the Newcastle branch although servicing customers in the TAMWORTH area, as our Forklift Mechanic you will be responsible for providing high quality service and maintenance to TMHA's customers' rental and retail forklifts and other material handling equipment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units which includes preventative service and break-downs in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining professional level of customer service with all TMHA clients and customers
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and any other administrative components

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Current Driver's licence
  • Relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic)
  • Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry
  • Supply your own comprehensive personal hand tool kit.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.
