About the role:
Due to an increased growth in construction work, we are seeking an experienced Installation Technician to join our Installations team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for installing lifts and escalators across our customer sites. Your key accountabilities include:

  • Ensuring receipt of required goods
  • Preparation and installation of lifts / escalators
  • Coordinating quality testing of lifts / escalators
  • Completing quality checks & reporting non-conformances
  • Ensuring work sites are kept tidy and that all paperwork is up to date 
To be successful in the role, you will be a trade qualified, preferably with an electrical or mechanical fitter qualification or equivalent. You will also possess:
  • A current driver's license
  • General Construction Induction Card
  • Outstanding communication skills and customer service etiquette
  • Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures
Previous working with heights & manual handling experience is also highly regarded.
