About the Role
Our client requires the services of Electrical Signals Technicians for work located in Karratha, WA. You will be working on a 8 days on, 6 days off roster with 12 hour days. Candidates local to Karratha and FIFO from Perth are considered.

Main Duty:
To maintain the Rio Tinto Railways Division Train Control Signalling System and related communications to support the efficient operation of the railway and monitoring of its assets in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experienc:

- Cert IV in Rail Signalling in accordance with the Australian National Framework
- WA Electrical Licence - unrestricted
- Experience with Electrical and mechanical signalling equipment
- Knowledge of Microlok, Microtrax and GCP advantageous
- Experience and proven track record in signalling maintenance and renewals management, maintenance renewal planning and execution
- Ability to identifying inefficiencies and propose and implement improvements
