Opinion: It's illegal to store and distribute unverified information about anyone. The correct procedure is to verify the record with the intended victim which allows the victim the right of reply under the the civil rights act. These systems need to be hacked and the information gained presented in a class action case against the company that stores the data, the companies and employees that use the data and the person the enters the data to compensate the victims for lost of income.
